"Terri is awesome!! We've done four transactions with her and they have all been wonderful. We first bought a house in Alpharetta in 2012 and then sold that same house when we needed to relocate just after one year. After almost a couple of years overseas we returned to the same area where she helped us find a home to rent momentarily while we found something to buy again. "We had decided to move to get closer to family. We interviewed 4 agents, two of which were highly rated (A)on Angie's List. One was touted as selling houses in a few days. That agent estimated the value of our house $90,000 less than what we sold it for. Others all had good points, but we chose Terri as she was familiar with the value of the area we lived in. She brought in a professional stager who made excellent recommendations. Then a professional photographer. The recommended changes we made and the resulting photos were awesome. Then she had an appraiser to provide an appraisal which she used to help us set a sales price. The house was listed on multiple websites on a Monday and 5 days later we had an offer. Two days later we had reached agreement on a price just above the appraised price which was what we were hoping for! Terri was very professional and positive through the whole process. I highly recommend Terri Coulston as your sales agent."
